Soft Butter Cake with 10 Steps

10 step to make perfect and very tasty butter cake.

This butter cake is very delicious. If you follow the 10 steps I have given, you can make the cake very easily and you can make this cake very soft.

Ingredients for 1kg butter cake

 

     1. Cake flour 250g

     2. Sugar 250g

     3. Butter 250g

     4. 1 tbs backing power

     5. 1 tbs vanilla essence 

Let’s make the cake

 

1st step

Preheat the oven until the cake batter is ready.

2nd step

Sift the baking powder and flour together using a sieve.

 

3rd step

Blend the sugar

 

4th step

 

Now take a bowl and beat the only egg whites Until it doesn't fall off when you turn it the other way.

 

5th step

 

In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter together for about 5-7 minutes.

 

6th step

 

Now add the egg yolks one by one to this batter, beating for thirty seconds each, and then add the egg whites that we have beaten.

 

7th step

 

Now add the vanilla essence to this mixture and beat for about 15 seconds.

8th step

Now add the cake flour to this batter and beat for 1 minute.

9th step

Now line a cake tray with oil paper, Spread the batter well.

10th step

Now bake the cake at 180 Celsius for 35 to 47 minutes.
